3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • We ship from Jamaica and Canada.
  • Delivery time may vary based on location and carrier delays.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

4. Local Delivery

  • In Jamaica, local delivery may be done via couriers such as Knutsford Express or direct drop-off in Kingston/St. Andrew.
  • In Canada, local delivery is available in the Hamilton, Ontario region and surrounding areas.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
